 We offer CPR, First Aid, and AED certification through three nationally recognized organizations:

• American Heart Association (AHA)
• American Red Cross (ARC)
• Health and Safety Institute (HSI)

All certifications meet OSHA and workplace requirements.

 J² Education & Wellness LLC is an independent training provider. Courses are offered in accordance with the requirements of the certifying organization identified for each course. Certification is issued upon successful completion of all applicable course requirements. 

 We offer two learning formats:

• Blended Learning: Complete the educational portion online at your own pace, then attend an in-person skills session to demonstrate hands-on techniques.
   
• Traditional Classroom: Attend an instructor-led, in-person course for both the educational content and skills practice.
   

You’ll select your preferred format when booking your class.

 Our CPR/First Aid/AED classes are open to:

• Individuals (ages 16+)
   
• Parents and caregivers
   
• Educators and childcare staff
   
• Workplace teams
   
• Healthcare and community professionals

  Classes can be held:

• At your location (workplace, or community space)
   
• At a J2 Education & Wellness-hosted location (based on availability)
   

We bring all required training equipment to every session.

• Blended Learning (in-person skills session only): 1.5 to 2 hours
   
• Traditional Classroom Format: 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on course type and group size

• Certification card valid for 2 years
   
• Access to course materials (online or print, depending on format)
   
• Use of all equipment during in-person sessions

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and closed-toe shoes. Skills practice involves kneeling, bending, and performing compressions on the floor, so comfort and mobility are important. All necessary equipment is provided. For blended learning students, please bring proof of completion of the online portion. 

 Yes. We are committed to providing inclusive and accessible training. If you require accommodations due to a disability, learning need, or health condition, please let us know at least 7 days in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements. 

Select the Book a Class button to submit your class request. Our instructor will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule your class. Once confirmed, you’ll receive:

• Your selected course format
• Payment instructions
• A class agreement and confirmation

 We understand that life happens. Our policy is:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
   
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
   
• No-shows or failure to complete the online portion (for blended learning) are non-refundable.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

 CPR and First Aid certification courses require participants to complete all required course content and skills. Please arrive on time and ready to begin at the scheduled class time. Arriving late may mean you can't participate or complete the certification requirements. If so, rescheduling may be required, and additional fees may apply.

 No. Registration and payment reserve your space in the course but do not guarantee certification. Participants must successfully complete all required course components, including any required online coursework, in-person instruction, skills demonstrations, and assessments required by the certifying organization.
