At J2 Education and Wellness, we believe life-saving skills should be available to everyone. Our community outreach programs offer free and low-cost training to empower and protect the people we serve. This class does NOT provide a certification card.

Our Family and Friends CPR class is designed to teach you the essential skills needed to help someone in a cardiac emergency. Perfect for parents, grandparents, caregivers, and community members, this hands-on workshop focuses on confidence-building and preparedness in a relaxed, supportive environment.

This is an educational awareness course. Participants will not receive an official certification card. For certification classes, please visit our CPR Certification Courses section.

For Individuals:

Register online using our Class Interest Form to reserve your spot in an upcoming community session. Space is limited to ensure personalized instruction.


For Organizations:

Schools, daycares, community groups, faith-based organizations, and workplaces can request a private Family and Friends CPR session at your location or ours.
