CPR, First Aid, AED Training
We currently offer training certifications in Adult, Child, and Infant CPR training, First Aid certification, and AED training through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, and the Health and Safety Institute. Classes are available in both blended and classroom formats.
Adult CPR and AED only
This course offers essential CPR training along with AED training, making it a valuable resource for the general public. The duration is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
Adult CPR/First Aid/AED
This comprehensive course covers essential CPR training and First Aid certification for adults. It includes important AED training to ensure you're prepared in emergencies. Ideal for workplaces, coaches, and babysitters, the course lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED
This course provides basic CPR training and First Aid certification for children and infants. It's perfect for babysitters, nannies, and caregivers, and includes essential AED training. Approximately 3 to 4 hours.
AHA BLS Provider Initial
This comprehensive course teaches healthcare providers the skills needed to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. Perfect for those seeking BLS certification for the first time.
AHA BLS Provider Renewal
A renewal course for healthcare providers with current certification in BLS. The skills include recognizing life-threatening emergencies, providing high-quality CPR, using an AED, and relieving choking in adults, children, and infants. Perfect for healthcare professionals who need to renew their certification
Basic First Aid
This course offers basic first aid training, teaching essential first aid skills such as managing injuries, handling choking incidents, and administering Epi-pens for allergic reactions. Please note that this class does NOT include CPR training or AED training. The duration of the course is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, and it is designed to help you achieve First Aid certification.
Bloodborne Pathogens
The Health and Safety Institute's Bloodborne Pathogens training program includes information that will help students understand what bloodborne pathogens are and how risks of exposure can be reduced for themselves and others. This bloodborne pathogens certification course assists in satisfying the training requirements of the U.S.
Stop Life-Threatening Bleeding
This HSI program uses a step-by-step procedure and skill guide to provide guidance for assessing, prioritizing, and stopping life-threatening bleeding based on scientific evidence, national guidelines, and the consensus of experts.
HSI Stop Life-Threatening Bleeding is an excellent supplement to our CPR and First Aid programs.

Child and Babysitting Safety
The Babysitter’s Training Course from the American Red Cross gives youth the knowledge and skills they need to care for children safely and responsibly. Designed for ages 11 to 16, this engaging class helps young people build confidence, develop leadership, and learn how to respond to common emergencies while babysitting or caring for siblings.

The Family & Friends CPR course is a community-focused, non-certification class that teaches lifesaving skills, including CPR and relief of choking, for adults, children, and infants. This class is ideal for parents, grandparents, caregivers, and anyone who wants to be prepared in an emergency but does not need a course completion card for job requirements. Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours
